RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Jicama Studios, we hope you love every piece you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with returns under the conditions below.

Items purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Window

We accept returns within 3 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this timeframe. Requests made after 3 days of delivery unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be in their original condition

All original tags must remain attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

Jicama Studios reserves the right to refuse returns if items show any signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or washing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures the item you want is secured before it sells out.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by either:

Please include the following information:

Your order number

Your full order details

The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request is received, the Jicama team will provide you with the return address and instructions to complete the return process.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and arranging the return shipment to the address provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Jicama Studios cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.
